Coach Education

In partnership with Chester City Council, CADSART helps fund an annual programme of coach education workshops designed to improve the knowledge of our local sports coaches.

These workshops are delivered by SportsCoachUK and include subjects such as Child Protection, Equity in your Coaching, How to Coach Disabled People in Sport, Injury Prevention & Management and First Aid.

For more information on these course, take a look at the Sports Coach UK web site.

Community Sports Leadership and Junior Sports Leadership Awards will also be held during the year. These courses give new coaches a foundation in delivering effective and safe sports sessions. For further information on these leaders awards take a look at this web site.

If you would like to enquire about prices or to book a place on any of the courses please contact Chester City Council’s Sport Development team.
