Woodford Lodge has a brand new fitness suite called ‘The Gym’, featuring the latest cardio vascular and resistance equipment from industry leader, Life Fitness. It also includes the advanced Vivo System which helps individual customers achieve their goals by tailoring workouts to suit their needs and lifestyle by acting as a vast exercise reference book which will have something to cover all areas of the body.

The Gym is fully air conditioned and several pieces of the equipment come fully equipped with an entertainment system so you can listen to your favourite music or even watch terrestrial TV. So your workout doesn’t have to stop you from watching Coronation Street or even miss out and the big European Match nights.

Qualified fitness instructors are available and can provide you with programme cards to help you achieve your goals if you don’t want to use the Vivo system.
