Neston Recreation Centre

Neston Recreation Centre has been serving the community for 34 years.  Situated close to the M53, the recreation centre offers a diverse range of facilities to help you keep fit and stay healthy.  These include a 25-metre pool, fully equipped Connections Fitness Suite, crèche and licensed café/bar area.  We also offer a wide range of sports, both indoors and out, with our multi use sports hall, all weather and grass pitches.

The warm welcome and meaningful interaction of the Centre’s team combined with the number of flexible and versatile leisure options for adults and children provides abundant stimulation and encouragement to satisfy every level of fitness and ability.  To maintain motivation there is no shortage of creative exercise options , such as 50+ fitness sessions, value for money ‘Daytime Deals’ providing a great opportunity for parents to join in both fitness suite and class sessions while their young ones are cared for in the crèche and a fantastic group exercise timetable for adults. 

For the under 5 years we offer crèche and swimming lessons.  Activity sessions are also available for children from 5 – 16 years offering a fantastic range of courses in gymnastics, trampolining, mini soccer and canoeing and swimming lessons.  We also have drop in sessions of teen fit in the gym, cheerleading and roller discos.
