We believe that the more options we offer to help increase fitness and well being the better. That is why we have an extensive programme of over 30 fitness classes a week. They include everything from Hatha Yoga and Pilates to Circuit Training and Spinning ; all run by experienced and highly qualified instructors.
Not only does this give you more personal choice it means that there is less likelihood of becoming bored with your fitness routine.
We also have the advantage of having an extensive pool area so our water based classes such as Aqua Tone and Aqua Aerobics have their own dedicated pool; this means no interruptions and a more relaxed exercise environment.

As we look to continuously improve and update our classes the timetable will change so it is worth keeping an eye on the site for any new classes or time changes.

Regular physical activity is fun and healthy, and increasingly more people are starting to become more active every day. Being more active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active. If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by answering the seven questions listed below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 69, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly:
